Arrange your car at Margarita airport or ferry terminal

Global Rent arranges car delivery at Santiago Mariño airport (PMV) or Punta de Piedras ferry terminal. Before travelling, confirm the vehicle, time and exact meeting point on WhatsApp.

Before arrival

Send your name, rental dates, chosen vehicle and arrival details. For flights, include number and time; for ferries, operator, route and expected time. Include your return location and time.

The request form organises these details into a message. The team confirms availability and the final rate, then you agree on the advance and delivery.

Arriving by air

Have your itinerary and required documents ready. Check the meeting point agreed with the operator. You can use the flight and ferry board as supplementary information, with source and freshness shown for each item.

Arriving by ferry

Share the ferry operator, departure port and expected arrival time at Punta de Piedras. Confirm the journey with the ferry company and arrange the meeting with Global Rent. If departure or arrival changes, notify the operator to adjust the arrangements.

Collecting the vehicle

Check the bodywork, interior, fuel and vehicle documents with the team. Make sure the contract reflects the agreed rate, security deposit, coverage and return. The fuel policy is full-to-full.

Return and security deposit

Agree the return location and time when confirming your booking. Delivery and return at PMV, the ferry and Porlamar are included; ask the team about other locations. The $100 deposit is refundable, subject to checking the vehicle.

The team’s WhatsApp enquiry hours are 07:00–21:00, Venezuela time. Arrange arrivals or returns outside these hours in advance and confirm the rental terms.
