Terms of service
Rental contract terms of Global Rent a Car Margarita.
Booking and delivery
The booking is confirmed on WhatsApp. The vehicle is delivered at the agreed point (airport, hotel or home) with a vehicle inspection and record photos.
Duration and return
The rental is quoted per day. Return is arranged at the delivery point, unless you agree on another location in writing.
Fuel
The vehicle is delivered and returned with the same fuel level.
Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the vehicle during the contract and for returning it in the agreed condition. Any damage is assessed using the delivery photos as reference.
