What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver's license, ID or passport, be over 21 and a refundable security deposit. No credit card required.
Do you deliver the car at the airport or my hotel?
Yes. We deliver at Santiago Mariño airport (El Yaque), hotels, inns and homes across the island. When you book on WhatsApp we arrange the exact point and time.
How do I pay for the rental?
In cash (USD or bolivars at the daily rate) or by transfer. Prices are quoted in USD. We confirm the exact amount before delivery.
Does the rental include insurance?
We offer additional coverage at clear rates. Check the insurance and roadside assistance options on our coverage page or message us on WhatsApp.
What is the minimum age to rent?
21 years old, with a valid driver's license.
Do you do airport–hotel transfers?
Yes. We offer chauffeur transfers from Santiago Mariño airport to Porlamar, Playa El Agua, Pampatar and other areas, with a fixed price per trip. See [transfers](/en/traslados/).
