1. Playa El Agua
The island’s most famous beach. Miles of sand, palm trees and a row of beach bars. Ideal for your first beach day.
2. Playa El Yaque
Right next to the airport. Constant winds make it a world-class windsurf and kitesurf spot. Even if you don’t practice, the sunset is worth the visit.
3. Playa Parguito
Next to El Agua, with waves for those who want something livelier.
4. Playa Manzanillo
Calm waters and few people: perfect for families with kids.
5. La Restinga
Not an open beach: a national park with mangroves. Book the boat ride and cross over to the deserted beach on the other side.

7. Isla de Coche
One ferry away. If you have two days, the trip is worth it.
